If you had not already thought about it, a possible activity to do these days from home for photography fans can be planning landscapes with the Sun and the Moon (on Wednesday 8th of April it will be in the full phase).
In my case, the views are not so good (I live in the city center of Terrassa), however, there are some elements with possibilities, such as the Almirall Chimney (it was awarded with the Guinness record for being the highest with a staircase outdoor), which I have already photographed other times, but never from home.
So, by consulting the app Planit Pro: Photo Planner, perfect for this type of planning thanks to the Virtual Reality screen (which is not Augmented Reality, although it also has it, and in this case it would also work), it seems that on Tuesday 7th of April in the morning, the Moon goes to pass very close to the tip of the chimney. I attach the possible image frame that I will try to make.
I encourage you to also try it for yourselves at home … knowing where the Sun or the Moon rises or hides, and if it coincides with any interesting element, it will only be necessary to shoot at the indicated time! 😉 If there was no luck, at least we will have spent some entertainment for a while!
I would also like to tell you that this same planning has allowed me to schedule a second opportunity to take a similar photo, although this time with the sunset, which will take place on September 17th (attached screenshot). Although we hope that, by those dates, the pandemic is over and we can go out to photograph without so many limitations. A lot of encouragement to everyone and good luck with your planning!
